The platform will be showing the Malaysian films starting on 14 October 2021. For viewers it presents an opportunity to watch Yasmin Ahmad’s most beloved work. The films will be on the platform for 30 days.
Sepet tells the story of a Malay girl (Sharifah Amani) falling in love with a Chinese boy (Ng Choo Seong), and the cultural implications of their relationship. The movie stars Sharifah Amani, Ng Choo Seong, Harith Iskandar, Ida Nerina, Adibah Noor, and Linus Chung.
