Fans of Hannibal will be disappointed to know that NBC has chosen not to renew the drama series for a fourth season. The news comes as a bit of a shock as Hannibal has generated decent ratings for the network. But all hope is not quite lost for the show and fans as the producer of the series, Gaumont has the option to shop the series to another network immediately following Hannibal S3. Showrunner Bryan Fuller claims he has a seven season plan for the series, which should help its chances of it being continued on another network.
