It may have gotten just a C on Rotten Tomatoes but Fifty Shades of Grey is laughing all the way to the bank. The scintillating and raunchy drama raked in a massive USD81 million during its opening three day weekend and over USD240 million worldwide. Factor that haul with the fact that the film has still a ways to go at the box-office as it just opened and its modest USD40 million budget and Fifty Shades may well be one of the most lucrative films of 2015 yet. But it’s not all good news, Fifty Shades also happens to be the most illegally downloaded movie of the year too with reportedly 300,000 downloads and counting.

Game of Thrones has been a huge ratings hit for HBO and its already renewed for sixth season although we’re not sure which character will be sticking around for the foreseeable future.
