It looks like DC is taking a page out of the Marvel playbook by producing a post credit scene that will be tacked onto Justice League. Although past DC films have stayed away from the post credit stingers, it seems that Justice League may break the rule according to Jason Momoa. The actor who stars as Aquaman revealed in a recent interview that there will be in fact a post credit stinger. “They do [have to watch right through the end],” he revealed. “You gotta sit through the whole thing, go through the credits.”
Black Adam For Suicide Squad 2?
Although he won’t be making an appearance in the upcoming Shazam! film, it seems that Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam character may well appear in another DC superhero film. According to reports, there is speculation that Black Adam may feature in the film due to a synopsis that has been released. According to the synopsis of the film, the Suicide Squad is despatched on a mission to track down a dangerous new weapon, which is none other than Black Adam himself. Having the character introduced in Suicide Squad 2 could pay dividends for the sequel as well as Black Adam’s standalone film.
Star Wars TV Series
Disney is looking to go big for their upcoming streaming service, so big in fact that they’re planning a Star Wars TV series that will air exclusively on the service. The Disney streaming service is due to launch at the end of 2019 and will feature a live-action television based on the Star Wars universe. Disney is also planning on several TV adaptations of their popular franchises such as TV adaptations of Pixar’s Monsters Inc. and Disney Channel’s High School Musical, as well as an original series from Marvel.
FX, HBO and Netflix Drop Louis C.K.
Following the revelation that he sexually harassed several women, comedian Louis C.K. is now experiencing the fallout of his sexual misconduct. The comedian is now facing the axe from several channels and production studios. FX for one is severing ties with Louis C.K., canning all upcoming projects with the comedian, whilst The Orchard has decided to no release the comedian’s newest film, I Love You, Daddy. Netflix has also announced that it will not be moving ahead with C.K.’s new comedy special whilst HBO will be dropping all Louis C.K. programming from its channel.
Deadpool 2 Poster
It’s all about family in the new Deadpool 2 poster, which has been released by 20th Century Fox. Although it would seem that this new promo material was created to tie-in with the Thanksgiving season, the studio has included all the players who will have a role to play in the highly-anticipated sequel. Deadpool 2 will be released in June 2018 and will star Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller as Weasel and Brianna Hildebran as well as Josh Brolin who will star as Cable and Zazie Beetz as Domino.
