Friends To Reunite
The cast of one-time mega hit series, Friends will be coming together on NBC soon to honour legendary sitcom director James Burrows. According to NBC, Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, and David Schwimmer have confirmed their participation in the special but they were quick to add that they may not all be in the same room during the broadcast. Burrows was the principal director for the first season of Friends.

Suicide Squad New Image
The Suicide Squad is teasing to be a breakout superhero film in the genre largely because it tells the story from a villain/anti-hero point of view. And it’s an element director David Ayer thinks makes for a highly-compelling story. “We all need good guys and everything — yay, good guys — but at the end of the day, they’re kind of boring,” the Fury director said to USA Today. “They’re always going to do the right thing. When you’re dealing with the baddies, it’s easy to get ahead of the audience and invert expectations.” We can’t help but agree with Ayer, even more so following a second Suicide Squad photo with key members of the team.

Princess Leia On Star Wars Rebels
leia_rebelsThe hit Disney XD series, Star Wars Rebels will see iconic Star Wars character, Princess Leia make an appearance in season 2 of the series. The episode entitled, The Princess on Lothal will see the character meet the crew of the Ghost. The appearance of the character however is a one-off for season 2 but there could be a possibility for another Leia appearance in season 3 of the series. Other iconic characters that have appeared in the series include Lando Calrissian, R2-D2 and C-3PO.

Infinity War Character Count
avengers2_1Every comic book fan is salivating at the prospect of seeing Avengers: Infinity War, especially when it’s teasing to assemble one of the largest groups of heroes on screen ever. According to directors Anthony and Joe Russo there will be approximately 67 characters Avengers: Infinity War Part I and Part II, which is absolutely mind blowing. With that many heroes and villains on screen, you got to wonder how many characters from the Marvel Cinematic Universe will actually get a chance to shine on screen. Chances are the bulk of them may well be reduced to cameos.

Jumanji Remake Gets Director
JumanjiIt looks like the long-gestating Jumanji remake has finally found a man to take the helm. According to reports, director Jake Kasdan is in the front to direct the reboot project. The director, which boasts credits such as R-Rated comedies like Bad Teacher and Sex Tape to hit television comedies like Fresh off the Boat and The New Girl is set to direct the fantasy comedy remake, which is scheduled to be out at the end of this year.
