Metro Goldwyn Mayer and Universal Pictures have confirmed that the next James Bond film, currently called Bond 25 will arrive in cinemas in early April next year. The film will be directed by Cary Fukunaga and will feature the return of Daniel Craig, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Léa Seydoux, Ben Whishaw, and Jeffrey Wright with Rami Malek as the lead villain. The film will see Bond retired from active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected.

The latest Marvel superhero adventure is in cinemas and its already raking in
huge money at the box-office. But thanks to advance ticketing and pre-sales,
the latest Marvel adventure has already made USD120 million before it began
screening in cinemas. One wonders, just how much this film will make by the end
of its run but by all estimations it looks as this weekend alone, the film will
pull in at least USD300 million at the U.S box-office.

Natalie Portman To
Narrate New Disneynature Special For Disney+
Academy Award-winning actress, Natalie Portman will be lending her voice to
narrate the next Disneynature special. The docu-film titled, Dolphin Reef will released exclusively
for Disney+, which is due to launch this November in the U.S. Dolphin Reef will take views on an
adventure spanning thriving coral-reefs telling the story of Echo, a young
Pacific bottlenose dolphin who can’t quite decide if it’s time to grow up and
take on new responsibilities.

Ben Affleck To Direct Ghost Army
It looks like Ben Affleck is getting ready to return to the director’s seat for a new World War II drama, Ghost Army. The story, which is based on the book, ‘The Ghost Army of World War II’, tells the story of how American soldiers resorted to using creative old-school tactics to save lives during the war. As with most Affleck projects he will pull double duty as both actor and director in the film. Ghost Army will be produced by Universal Pictures. There is no production date or release date scheduled for the film as yet.

First Look: Pennyworth
Batman’s butler is getting his own series in Pennyworth. The 10-episode, hour-long drama series from Warner Horizon Scripted Television is based on DC characters created by Bob Kane with Bill Finger. It follows Bruce Wayne’s legendary butler, Alfred Pennyworth (Jack Bannon), a former British SAS soldier in his 20s, who forms a security company and goes to work with a young billionaire Thomas Wayne (Ben Aldridge), who’s not yet Bruce’s father, in 1960s London. The series is set to air on the U.S. cable network, Epix in July.
