The 2017 Singapore Toy, Game & Comic Convention (STGCC) is set to take place on the 9-10 September 2017 at the Marina Bay Sands. This year’s event is set to be the biggest in the past decade for the convention with 16 new additions to its guest line-up.
Aspiring artists will get to meet the likes of James C. Mulligan (US), one of Disney’s top selling artists and Marvel Comics editor and talent scout, C.B. Cebulski. Those who are hoping to join the ranks of Marvel can stand a chance of scoring a portfolio review with C.B. Cebulski.
From 9 – 10 of September, visitors of all ages and different interests can expect an all-rounded experience with different key activities and zones:
Guest appearance of Japanese dance vocal group, Color Pointe (JP) and Tokyo CLEAR’S (JP)
Renowned Japanese toy designers Hinatique (JP) and Yasu (JP) both making their debut presence in Singapore
An entire hall dedicated to competitive and casual gamers including three headline tournaments in partnership with Game3.Asia and Asus, ROG Masters 2017 – DOTA 2 – Singapore Qualifier and ROG Masters 2017 – CS:GO – Singapore Qualifier finals, and semi-final to finals Vainglory Championship 2017 – Southeast Asia
Attendees will also be able to get their hands on latest games and products at the GGXP zone.
Additionally there will be Star Wars experiential zone at STGCC this year specially dedicated to Star Wars! Fans will be offered an immersive experience of getting up close and personal with fan-built vehicle replicas, games, and collectibles.
