Marvel Studios has confirmed several superhero series, which will air exclusively on the upcoming Disney+ streaming service. Best of all, these series will not only tie into the Marvel Cinematic Universe but will also boast crossover appeal into films a well.
With Disney+ set for launch in November this year in the U.S., these shows certainly can’t come fast enough for Marvel fans.

The Falcon and the
Winter Soldier
ETA: September-October 2020
Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan return as The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
in this new series that takes places after Avengers: Endgame. It will be
interesting to see what transpires in the series, especially with Captain
America handing his trusty shield over to Sam Wilson. Daniel Brühl will also
return as the villain, Baron Zemo in the series.

WandaVision
ETA: March-April 2021
Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany will reprise their roles as Scarlet Witch and
Vision in this new series. How the Vision returns will be of interest,
especially since he bit the dust in Avengers:
Infinity War. Olsen’s involvement with the Doctor Strange sequel may lend some answers to this equation.

Loki
ETA: March-April 2021
The God of Mischief will also be resurrected in this new series. Loki (Tom Hiddleston) was duly despatched in the opening segment of Infinity War but in Endgame, he seems to have made off with the Tesseract that houses the Space Stone. Still it won’t be the Loki that grew on us in Ragnarok but the Loki who played the big bad in the first Avengers film. All the same, it’s good to have him back.

What If…?
ETA: June-August 2021
Based on the comic book series, this animated feature revolves around The Watcher (voiced by Jeffrey Wright) who basically tells tales of alternate realities in the Marvel Universe.

Hawkeye
ETA: September 2021
Jeremy Renner returns as Hawkeye in this new series, in which he will mentor
the character of Kate Bishop. In the comic books, Bishop takes over the mantle
of Hawkeye, which could essentially mean the series will see Renner mentoring
the new hero.
