When it comes to modern action franchise, few can match John Wick. The Lionsgate film has been a revelation with its bold, straight forward action sequences and storytelling. It has also built an impressive world surrounding assassins and killers. The new John Wick: Chapter 4 trailer enforces this, taking the franchise deeper into the underground.
The last time we saw our hero, he was left for dead by his old friend Winston. Rescued by the Bowery King, Wick has recovered and is once more out for vengeance. In the latest chapter, our assassin uncovers a path to defeating The High Table.
But before he can earn his freedom, Wick must face off against a new enemy with powerful alliances across the globe and forces that turn old friends into foes. The new trailer lays out the action and the new characters and it also stakes up the odds once more against our hero.
As you can see in the latest John Wick: Chapter 4 trailer, Wick lines up against new deadly opponents. Joining him in the new actioner is Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgård, Hiroyuki Sanada, Shamier Anderson, Rina Sawayama and Scott Adkins. Also returning to reprise their characters are Laurence Fishburne, Lance Reddick and Ian McShane.
Directed by Chad Stahelski, the new film arrives in cinemas in late March 2023. Check out the trailer below.
