Marvel is in full swing for its Phase 5. With Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania kicking off the latest chapter of the MCU this month, we will also see our favourite gang of misfits return the May. At the Super Bowl, Disney and Marvel Studios dropped a new Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.3 trailer, which lays out the final chapter for these beloved superheroes.
The stakes are high in this new chapter for the Guardians of the Galaxy. Facing off new threats in the form of the High Evolutionary (Chukwudi Iwuji) and Adam Warlock (Will Poulter), the gang must also embark on a deep dive into Rocket’s backstory.
The Official Synopsis
In Marvel Studios Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 our beloved band of misfits are looking a bit different these days. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him to defend the universe along with protecting one of their own. A mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.
The film is set several years after the events of Avengers: Endgame. Directed by James Gunn, the film sees the return of Chris Pratt as Star Lord/Peter Quill, Zoë Saldaña as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax, Karen Gillan as Nebula, Pom Klementieff as Mantis, and Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot with Bradley Cooper voicing Rocket.
