The latest K-drama, Kiss Sixth Sense, mixes genres to bring fans a new engaging story. Blending romance with the supernatural, the new Korean series will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar starting 25 May.
Based on the hugely successful web novel of the same name, visions of the future, workplace love triangles, and impossible scenarios unfold when a misstep at work leads to an accidental kiss in this upcoming laugh-out-loud Korean romantic comedy.
After five years of intense pressure, a steady stream of all-nighters, and a series of nervous breakdowns, overachieving advertising executive Hong Yesul is at the end of her rope with her domineering boss.
Impossible to please and loathed by his underlings, the wildly successful Cha Minhoo is the last person anyone would ever want to get romantically involved with. But when a workplace accident triggers Yesul’s ability to see the future, she is confronted with the impossible – a picture of her and the most hated man in the company locked in a passionate embrace. Find out what happens in the upcoming side-splitting workplace romantic comedy when it launches as a Star Original exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar, May 25.
Kiss Sixth Sense stars K-Pop idol turned leading man Yoon Kyesang (Spiritwalker, Crime Puzzle, Chocolate). Starring alongside Yoon is Seo Ji-Hye who shot to fame following her fan favorite 2019 performance as Seo Dan in Crash Landing on You. Seo will be playing Hong Yesul, a perpetually driven advertising executive with the supernatural ability to see someone’s future as soon as she touches them with her lips.
Written by Gatnyeo, the original author of the popular web novel, Kiss Sixth Sense is directed by Nam Kihoon (Oh My Baby, Tunnel) and also stars Kim Jisuk as Yesul’s ex-boyfriend, and Lee Jooyeon as Minhoo’s want-to-be love interest.
