The Batman Spinoff Series
Following the reveal of The Batman trailer, DC FanDome also announced a new Gotham P.D. live-action series, which takes place before the events of the film. The series, overseen by director Matt Reeves, will debut on HBO Max, possibly coinciding with the release of the latest Batman film. The series will reportedly be centred on Gotham’s police force and the depths of corruption the city faces. According to Reeves the series will be based approximately one year before the events of The Batman.

Official Title For Shazam 2 Revealed
The sequel to Shazam has been confirmed with an official title. The superhero sequel will be titled, Shazam: Fury of the Gods, although no further details have been revealed. Zachary Levi will return as the titular character with Asher Angel, Jack Dylan Grazer, Faithe Herman, Meagan Good, and Adam Brody also reprising their roles. Shazam: Fury of the Gods is scheduled for release in November 2022.

Aquaman
2 Will Be More ‘Serious’
It’s hard to believe that Aquaman is
currently the highest grossing DCEU film at the moment with well over a billion
dollars. The sequel, which is currently in development and set for a December
2022 release will reportedly be more serious compared to the original according
to director James Wan. “It will be more relevant to the world we’re living in
today,” explained the director. Wan also revealed that Patrick Wilson will also
return as Ocean Master in Aquaman 2.

Justice Society Of America Set For Black Adam
Dwayne Johnson’s foray into the DCEU as antihero Black Adam will not be a solo journey. The action star has revealed that the film will also introduce the Justice Society of America, bringing characters such as Doctor Fate, Hawkman, Cyclone and Atom Smasher into the fold. The Black Adam panel revealed several artworks surrounding the film plus a teaser. It was also revealed that Noah Centineo will portray Atom Smasher in the film.

Titans
Season 3 Adds New Characters
The DC Universe series, Titans will
be expanded in the new season. Season three of the series will up the ante with
Scarecrow, Barbara Gordon and the Red Hood joining the show. Curran Walters,
who plays Jason Todd in the series, will reportedly take on the mantle of Red
Hood and will be obsessed in his goal to take down his old team. Barbara
Gordon, the former Batgirl, will be the new Commissioner of GCPD, who wants the
Titans out of the city.
