Daniel Craig’s time as Agent 007 is at an end. And the Being James Bond documentary will offer a retrospective look at the actor’s tenure as the fictional spy. The insider’s look at Craig’s involvement of the franchise will arrive on Apple TV on 7 September.
The 45-minute documentary will serve as a perfect appetizer for No Time To Die, the 25th James Bond film. It is also Craig’s finale run as 007. Being James Bond covers the actor’s 15-year journey as the fictional secret spy. It was a journey that began in 2006 with Casino Royale.
To date Craig has notched up five films as Bond, culminating in the final adventure due out in cinemas later this year. No Time To Die was initially set to premiere in November. However, due to production issues as well as the health crisis, the 25th Bond film has been delayed for almost two years.
The final chapter for Craig’s run as Bond brings back familiar faces. Reprising their roles from the franchise include Jeffrey Wright as CIA Agent Felix Leiter, Ben Whishaw as Q, Naomie Harris as Moneypenny, and Ralph Fiennes as M.
Returning from Spectre are Christoph Waltz and Léa Seydoux. No Time To Die also stars Ana de Armas and Lashana Lynch. The film is set hit cinemas in early October. In the meantime check out the trailer for Being James Bond below.
