With Hunters Season 2 set to premiere on 13 January, Prime Video has released a new trailer hyping the series. In the second and final season of the drama series, the team heads to South America with an all-new mission.
Hunters Season 2 sees the team on the hunt for the world’s most infamous Nazi. After an accident derails their exploits in Europe, the Hunters must band back together to hunt Adolf Hitler who’s apparently hiding in South America.
Meanwhile, a look to the past reveals Meyer Offerman (Al Pacino) encountering a dangerous threat that could unravel his secret and expose his true identity, with explosive reverberations for the Hunters. The series is said to be inspired by true events.
Hunters follows a diverse band of Nazi Hunters in 1977 New York City who discover that hundreds of escaped Nazis are living in America. And so, they do what any bad-ass vigilante squad would do: they set out on a bloody quest for revenge and justice. But they soon discover a far-reaching conspiracy and must race against time to thwart the Nazis’ new genocidal plans.
Series regulars, Logan Lerman, Jerrika Hinton, Lena Olin, Josh Radnor, Tiffany Boone, Carol Kane, Louis Ozawa, Kate Mulvany and Greg Austin return to reprise their roles. Season 2 will also see Jennifer Jason Leigh join in on the fun.
