The upcoming Black Panther standalone adventure seems to be coming pretty nicely. To whet fans’ appetites further, Marvel has just release a new image, which introduces us to the main characters of the film. Standing alongside Chadwick Boseman (T’Challa/Black Panther) are Forest Whitaker (the shaman, Zuri) Danai Gurira (Okoye) and Lupita Nyong’o (Nakia). Michael B. Jordan, who plays villain Erik Killmonger, is also spotted in the photo. Black Panther is directed by Ryan Coogler and comes to cinemas in February 2016.
Jurassic World 2 Wraps
Director J.A. Bayona has announced that Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom has officially finished filming. This puts the Jurassic World sequel right on schedule for its 2018 summer release. “This is a wrap for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom! What a journey! Thank you to everyone that made it possible”- read the Tweet sent out by Bayona. Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom filmed on location in London and Hawaii and stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard.
Mission: Impossible 6 Wraps In New Zealand
The upcoming Mission: Impossible 6 production is in the midst of its worldwide tour. Just this past week, the production wrapped filming in New Zealand before their return to London. Franchise star, Tom Cruise sent out a Tweet saying “Thank you to the amazing people of New Zealand! I’ve had a great time filming the next Mission: Impossible here.” Accompanying the message was a cool look at the team consisting of Cruise, Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames and Rebecca Ferguson.
Westworld Season 2 To Start Production
HBO is ready to roll its cameras for Westworld Season 2, which will put it on schedule for a 2018 airdate. The sci-fi remake has been a ratings hit for the channel as it depicted a future world where robots were tasked to fulfil guests’ needs. The premise is set within a vast and expansive futuristic named Westworld and with the first season ending on an epic cliff hanger, fans are obviously craving to see what happens in season 2.
Quentin Tarantino focuses on Charles Manson
Critically-acclaimed filmmaker, Quentin Tarantino, is setting his sights on a new project and its one that will revolve around the Charles Manson family murders. According to reports, Tarantino is putting the finishing touches on the script for the film and he is looking at Jennifer Lawrence and Brad Pitt to star in the film. Although still in the developmental phase, the yet-untitled film could enter production by next year.
