Film may be about to lose one of its brightest and most talented directors in just a few years’ time as Quentin Tarantino looks to retire from filmmaking. The good news though is that he won’t be doing it so soon as he still wants to direct two more films before finally calling it quits.
This came to light during a recent conference by Adobe Max, which the director claims he has two films left in him. Whether or not the director is serious about his intentions remains to be seen and as of right now many fans are also wondering just what films will the director focus on next.
Reportedly, Tarantino will be looking at a historical non-fiction project and he’s also teased a cop and robber type story based in the 30s as well as another western as well. In recent years the director has carved a reputation for his westerns with both Django Unchained and The Hateful Eight resonating well with audiences and critics alike.
