There’s a new trailer for The Mandalorian out and although it still doesn’t reveal as much as we’d like, it does have impressive visuals. The main takeaway is still the tone of the series, looking every bit the series of old with its more practical settings. Check it out here for yourself.
The live-action Star Wars series is created by Jon Favreau and is set after the fall of the Empire. Many fans are no doubt hoping the series will try to bridge the gap of what happens between the two trilogies, specifically involving the rise of the First Order.
The show is led by Pedro Pascal, an intergalactic gunfighter/bounty hunter, and the series will largely follow his adventures in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic. The series also stars Carl Weathers, Nick Nolte, Gina Carano, Giancarlo Esposito, and Werner Herzog.
The Mandalorian will also boast some incredible talents behind the camera, which will bring the stories to life. The list of directors for each episode includes Favreau, Taika Waititi, Deborah Chow, Rick Famuyiwa, Bryce Dallas Howard and Star Wars Rebels creator Dave Filoni.
The Mandalorian will debut on Disney+ on 12 November.
