Although he said he wouldn’t, Daniel Craig is reportedly warming up to the prospect of playing James Bond one more time. Rumours are rampant that the British actor struck a deal with producer Barbara Broccoli, in time for production of the 25th Bond adventure.
The casting for Bond has been up in the air in recent months following Craig’s souring on playing the iconic British secret agent following 2015’s Spectre. In press interviews leading up to the release of the film, Craig was best remembers for saying that he would rather “slash his wrists”, than to do another Bond movie.
However with producers still leaning heavily towards Craig whilst failing to find a suitable replacement, the British actor could be looking at a serious windfall of cash for his final run as 007. Bond 25 is pencilled in for a release in 2019, which means that production of the film should begin fairly soon.
Do you want to see Daniel Craig star as James Bond one more time? Or is it time for another actor to take over the reins of the iconic British agent?
