Follow the adventures of a food-loving dragon with big dreams in Journey Of Long, premiering 13 February on Cartoon Network.

Chinese New Year is synonymous with red packets, bright lanterns, mandarin oranges and… dragons! Premiering on the second day of the Lunar New Year, Saturday, 13 February at 3.30pm on Cartoon Network (Astro Ch 615HD / 635), Journey of Long brings viewers an adorable dragon from the countryside who dreams of being a chef in the big city.

Without much of a plan, Long makes his way to Chow’s Restaurant, where he is determined to become the best chef in the world! However, he has a lot to learn and even more to prove if he wants to live up to his idol, the legendary Chef Khan. More importantly, he must contend with Kraken, the Giant Squid Head Chef of Chow’s Restaurant who has the amazing ability to make 10 dishes at once, thanks to his 10 tentacles!

Long also needs to get on the good side of the whole team at Chow’s Restaurant, which includes restaurant owner Chow, a strict boss who loves to shop; restaurant manager Ratty who has the owner’s complete trust; and most importantly, customer service expert Melody, who is slowly won over by his positive attitude and becomes his best friend in time.

Lastly, with the guesthouse above the restaurant, Long gets to learn about life from elderly bellman Strong who is happy to share his many years of experience with Long, even if he sometimes takes a long while to get to the point.
